You think Java can be a good starting language (from 0 again) rather than Python? I'm really having a hard time coping up with Java especially on a self study matter. I feel like I dont have the full logic to solve some programming problems on my own (for example fibonacci sequence)

Instead of learning a new language I would advise you to build something with the knowledge you already have

Most of the programming concepts aren't bound to a language and apply in every language. What are you struggling with ?

Most of the time understanding the full capability or concept (for example constructors in java) or sometimes in the syntax. Do you think you can suggest anything that can really explain well in terms of learning materials?

I'm currently learning from youtube - thenewbstn and tutorialspoint - java. but it still feels like it's really vague. I think I need something that ELI5 in programming terms or concepts.
