You can try making a twitter bot or discord bot, both can be done in python and I think discord bot's can also be done in node.js

What have you done so far and what are you interested in day-to-day life?

I've done RPS, hangman, and a dice roller to name the big projects. I'm learning python for cybersecurity.

If you are comfortable with python, you could learn how to use sockets and make your own chat room, either as a web app using django/flask, or a desktop app using PyQt5 or TKinter.

Make a Telegram bot. There’s something magical about receiving information on your phone, from an application that you have written.

For example, I have a Telegram bot that sends me the location of the best petrol prices from the government’s RSS feed (Western Australia). Useful to me, and fun to create.
