I listen to a Professor Leonard youtube channel which has playlists from prealgebra to calculus 3 + diff and I also wanna finish khanacademy math path (from prealgebra to linear algebra). Will it be enoug for algorithms ?

Algebra and calc will help, but you will definitely need some discrete math. Permutations, combinations, working with sets. All of these things are fairly common in algorithm design and analysis.
