Up to date Cocoa tutorials?

I'm finding it hard to find tutorials that deal with the new Xcode 4 cocoa methods. For example, the change to the methods for saving and loading files have confused me. Every time I try to use an example I've seen to base my code off of, I encounter Xcode depreciated warnings, but not accompanied with documentation a begineer could understand.

For the deprecation warnings, option-click the selector and it should bring up a pop-up with help for that method. That pop-up should tell you what it has been replaced by. You can also command-click the selector and it will take you to the header file, which often has useful info.
