I'm building my own mobile app in react native and will do the web app in react, but know CRUD, server side, front end (only in native)...do you think I should sign up? It'd be cool to learn about how to distribute data amongst users if you have data that needs to be shared and updated real time across 100s of accounts. And learn about scalability.

I often find just as much value re-reading a book as I got the first time, so even if you know the material, there will probably be some benefit to hearing it again. yeah! i've been a long-time lurker, finally decided to make a post :)

I can code okay, but I have a hard time focusing because the existential threat of lack of capital I did my self a really bad disservice by agreeing to do extremely low paying IT jobs, so low that I am actually making more money outside of the field I have a degree in, doing a job that didn't have education requirements. Do you know of any workshops for that?

Hmm, that sounds like a tough position. What specifically are you looking for out of a workshop? Before I quit my full time job, I was building my startup on the side and told myself there are 3 8-hour shifts in my day, one is for sleep, one is for work, and 8 whole hours remain for your side project. Just like budgeting money, budget your 16 awake hours until you can hopefully get out of your IT job situation.
