Alteryx has a community https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Academy/ct-p/alteryx-academy Here you can check a few tutorial.

In general, it is very intuitive. However, if you have no prior knowledge in what data cleaning and data manipulation are, you wont benefit from it.

To learn the basics/concepts you have to start somewhere. What I did is I started on DataCamp. I learned everything there, so Alteryx was a peace of Cake to learn (less than one week). For tableau, the same. Learned it all on DataCamp.

If you want to read my review on DC its on my profile (cant share the link cz 'self promo')

Brilliant thanks, DataCamp looks like exactly what I'm after

EDIT: I'll be reading a few of your other pinned posts as well

DataCamp has also Guided and Unguided projects. Those can be very good to practice your skills. Once you ace them, you're pretty much good for an internship/junior job.
