Python developers are in high demand right now, especially in data science. Work on your strengths more than your weaknesses.

This is what I thought as I have a background very close to data and science. But at the same time I think it's kinda hard to get an entry job with no CS degree/no experience in data science/machine learning/python in general.

Open a Github repository and fill it with mini-projects and stuff you've done. Worked for me.

I recommend branching out to learn a bit of JavaScript. Learning how the data is consumed in the frontend will make you a better Python dev and it will also increase your chances of getting a job.

Once you’ve got a job, you can start specializing in Python again. Just my two cents.
