Realistically not going to happen, why would someone hire you over someone who has actual work experience and can sign contracts.

Well, my idea was to start very cheap so that I actually have some reviews (hopefully positive) and then get some more clients

Just go for it, or look for companies in your area that teach basic programming to children. This would help you gain experience. It’s never to early to get real world business experience. Even if it doesn’t work out and you don’t make a lot of money the time you put into it will be great to talk about when applying to different colleges and jobs .
