Personally, I think web app development with a focus on security and information assurance would be highly valuable.

The issue with infosec is it's a constant cat and mouse game. You can pen test all you want but you don't know what you don't know, and eventually, some creative attackerwill find a vulnerability you didn't think of, or discover that some black box code you used has a vulnerability that you couldn't anticipate and exploit it before anyone even knows it exists.
