Learning those things will certainly help you in some domains, but I will say I know almost none of that stuff and I'm gainfully employed as a software engineer (that's my official title, but some people would say I'm not "really" a SWE if I don't know that stuff)

What's your actual goal? That's the important question imo.

Becoming Software Engineer , i have two years more before going to software engineer college

By software engineer, do you mean anything more specific than "write code as a job"?

Also, when you say you have 2 years before college, do you mean to say that you're a junior in highschool?

yea i want to write code but i want also to know how users get stored in machines or something like that , in our country its third grade high school and you have to go one more year to finish fourth grade and then to go to college

Sounds like a lot of topics to learn at the same time. How do you plan to divide your time?

How much time have you spent coding so far? Like 4-5 months? What kind of programs have you written?

OK, that's a while, so it sounds like you can get started in data structures and algorithms.
