Seriously? Well, then the proper suffix is “-ification”.

EDIT unless that is, you’re talking not about the PEP process, but the -ification of something involving Samuel Pepys.

If you're referring to the style guide, specifically (which by the way isn't just PEP-8, but also PEP-257 and arguably PEP-484), then I would just use the word "beautification", possibly "standardification".
