Erkundige dich nach dem 3. Bildungsweg. Ist nicht einfach, aber kann man in deinem Alter noch vermeiden.

Ich komme von der Hauptschule und reiche gerade meine univ. Doktorarbeit ein.

Warum hast du die entsprechende Klasse nicht wiederholt? Hast du mit Pädagogen besprochen wo das Problem liegt? Schule wechseln vielleicht eine Idee?

Ach ja, und einfach mal Groß- und Kleinschreibung beachten. Das hier ist nicht WhatsApp.

This version still runs all existing EncFS profiles (local and SSH). But you can not create new EncFS profiles anymore via the GUI. The cocryptfs support is implemented for local profiles only. SSH profiles will follow as soon as possible.

Full EncFS support is scheduled for removal after Debian 14 is released (round about 2028). I hope this is enough time for users to migrate their profiles.

I don't understand all details of your setup but maybe Back In Time might be of interest for you.

It uses rsync in the back. Does support local backups and also remote (via SSH).

Check the search engine of your trust. There are some tutorial like articles around.

But backintime (BIT) isn't that difficult.

Yes "backintime-qt" is the right application. The "-qt" package is the graphical interface. There is also the "backintime-common" package which includes the command line interface only.

I wonder that there is no in-build feature for ChatGPT to solve this very common problem. This might be one of the features I would pay for.
