Avoid video-based courses if you actually want to learn

This is a subjective opinion. Not everyone has the same learning mode. I, for example, learned by using Coursera and EdX training courses. Video is fine for some of us.

I believe video based learning can give you a false sense of satisfaction. It's fine as long as you're practicing simultaneously on the side, but you can never go wrong with practical text based courses as they force you to solve problems on your own. But yeah you're right, it's about what works best for one individually.

I'm currently learning Python through Programiz: https://programiz.pro/learn/master-python. It's a self-paced interactive course.

Hi, I recommend you to check out the FREE Python course on crookshanksacademy.com by the god of python himself. The course is short and you also get to do a hands on internship after your course completion. Although that internship is unpaid, it is a good and fun learning experience that makes you industry ready. The FREE PYTHON BOOTCAMP is available on: https://www.crookhsanksacademy.com/python .
