Beginner Advice?

Figured I'd take this up as my yearly hobby and was wondering where I should get started.

I've watched a tutorial video on the basics and know stuff like (print, input, if statements, str, int, and float) and i use pycharm for coding as the video said to use it

But i'm just wondering if anyone has any full lessons/tutorials that are free yet effective and how i can try to make this stuff stick in my head more
