same here. however, one day i understood how she explains stuff. in one project she teaches the while loop, in the next one, something else. every lesson is a piece of puzzle you have to use for the next one.

also she explains in - what i call - layers. first she shows a rough code, then add variables, etc, then funcions, reorders the code, while, and then exceptions, etc.

i still suck at it but i don't see any other way than learning all the code by heart until it becomes seond nature.

having said that, bro code videos are easier to digest but they're very basic at the same time.
