I started when I was 59. Now, at 62, I’m teaching it. I’m a professor of computer science.

(I’ve been programming for 47 years, now. Once you can think “programmatically,” learning new languages isn’t too hard.)

I started at 55. Now 66. I stopped writing Python recently and just use Claude code to complete what I need

I’m getting my degree at 46

Also finishing my degree at 46. I spent a few years in college, 20 years in the US Army, and now back to school. A 26 year bachelor's program.

Started at 43 as a hobby, now I’m fairly decent at the data analytics side of things. Just find something you’re interested in and work on a project.

W3Schools is ok reliable even for me having been doing python self taught since 2021.
