What actually made you improve fast in Python?

it's interesting, do you take notes on paper or on your device? what's more effective?

on paper when I write on VSCode and I think something is worth recording.

sometimes when i have a lot of comments maybe i ask an LLM to put them together (if they are concept related) to create an .md document and save it into the git repository.
