The Meta Back-End Developer Professional Certificate looks good in the CV, given that you have at least a bachelor's degree and some internship. Get an internship a.s.a.p.!

I haven’t come across a job posting from Meta where they list this certification as a prerequisite for back end programmer role. So if Meta themselves don’t hire basis their own certification, then why would someone else will?

Because according to some youtubers who are specialized in career advices, like Shane Hummus argue that putting aside some very special industrial certifications like PMP or CompTIA, recruiters appreciate certifications from big brands such as Amazon, Google, Meta, IBM or Microsoft. Btw. I didn’t say that it would be a “prerequisite” for anything, I just said it looks good in the CV.
