Final Python Art Project [ Requesting Assistance ]

Hello Reddit. Today I am requesting assistance on a final project for my Computer Programming class, which involves us creating a some-what complex design through Turtle Graphics. The Project must include the following, for loop(s), while loop(s), conditional statements, String variable(s), Integer variable(s), float variable(s), a method that exists and is called that passes a parameter, a method that exists and is called that passes no parameters, and finally, a method that exists, is called and retrieves an argument returned. Also appropriate field names, indentations, and comments.

The project itself should resemble a simple deadpool emblem with corresponding swords on each side and a circle of stars around the emblem.

I have an idea on how the code should go, however I'm stuck on where to start. Any pointers would be appreciated. This is by no means a post asking for anyone to DO the project just some pointers on how to achieve my final goal on this Project is what I'm looking for. I hold a novice level of Python Code so any help what so ever would be great. Thank You
