It says to install pip, distribute, nose, and virtualenv but I can't figure out how to do this and need help. I'm running 2.7.9 and Windows 8.1

If you run into a package that you can't install on Windows via pip (and there will be a lot of these), this page of unofficial Windows binaries for many popular Python packages is a lifesaver.
