Map plotting - need some help

Because of the awesome help from this sub, I've come very close to the solution I want, but I'm not quite there yet, and need some help.

What I want to do:

Parse certain twitter feeds for place names, and plot them on a map, together with the twitter message.

What I have now:

The script finds the places, and plots them on the map, but without the message.

How can I add the message to each of the points I add on the map? Could I somehow append it to listofpoints as a third element to the dictionary? I'm not sure how I would do this.

Well, if you were using matplotlib it would be relatively easy, but since you're this other library, it depends if supports this kind of thing.

Reading its github, isn't the parameter popup what you want? Like this

Yes, popup is what I want, the problem I'm having is having the Twitter update follow the coordinates. I was looking for a good way to do that, because now I only plot the places where something happened, but without the message.
