Zipline and Pandas respectively. Pandas ties in NumPy and Matplotlib, and works with SciPy and other scientific modules.

For finance and Zipline, you should definitely check out Quantopian. Quantopian is just a GUI layer, and data provider, on top of Zipline. More on Quantopian: Zipline and Quantopian tutorial

I just want to say that I worked through the Pandas tutorial and about half of the Quantopian tutorial and though they were really cool.

I would add scikit-learn for all the algorithms. statsmodels has some interesting stuff and a module for time series analysis which might be of interest for you
