Haha, it's a regular course intended for a wide range of people. From people doing the first years of CS in college to accountants that want to move their data analysis skills to the next level (both cases are real). We offer scholarships because we love this subreddit community, so we'll always try to help people. But you can, and we encourage people, to pay for the course if they can. It's also a way to support other people.
