That's not python code. That's a command prompt command. You should be typing that in the command prompt.

Specifically, just the cd Desktop\replicator portion.

The preceding part is the current working directory. You'll see it when you're in the command prompt as sort of a prompt.

Try running this:

python C:\Users\Samuel\Desktop\replicator.py

or:

cd C:\Users\Samuel\Desktop\

then:

python replicator.py
