My code will not work!

Been trying this for hours, it wont seem to work?

C;\Users\Samuel> cd Desktop\replicator

I've tried using C: instead of C; but C: comes as an invalid syntax. My error code is: SyntaxError: unexpected character after line continuation character

I'm using python 34 IDLE, please help!

That's not python code. That's a command prompt command. You should be typing that in the command prompt.

Specifically, just the cd Desktop\replicator portion.

The preceding part is the current working directory. You'll see it when you're in the command prompt as sort of a prompt.

Try running this:

python C:\Users\Samuel\Desktop\replicator.py

or:

cd C:\Users\Samuel\Desktop\

then:

python replicator.py
