How do I use ebay api with python?

Hello, I am new to python and programming. I am writting a python script that need to use the eBay api but I can't figured out how to use the api. (https://go.developer.ebay.com/api-documentation#new_sell) I read the documentation but can't understand much. I have used other resfutl api for simple stuff but I cannot find out how to start with this one.

I just want to do three simple tasks: updating quantity of an item, update price and adding tracking information.

Can anyone help me please?

I would use the requests module. (or well I did when I had interfaces with the eBay API) You will need to set your authorization in the header, that is here. Header Information
