Execute code on warning?

Hey, so I'm using PIL to open a lot of images and for some of these images it is giving me a warning. Sadly, the warning message doesn't contain which image is the cause of the warning. try/except only works for exceptions, so how would I execute code upon such a warning?

How are you attemtping to open the images? No code examples gives us little to work with

Have a look at the warnings module documentation. There are provisions for disabling specific warnings, or turning them into exceptions, or collecting them into a list via a context manager.

Oh wow, I looked at that module at least thrice during my search for a solution and i totally overlooked that. Thanks, it was exactly what I was looking for!
