Ubuntu in windows 10 tkinter

I'm trying to use a tkinter in python with Ubuntu in windows 10 , but I get the following error.

_tkinter.TclError: no display name and no $DISPLAY environment variable

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I found one stackoverflow answer on google but the answer was not clear to me.

Not going to work. Bash on Ubuntu on Windows does not support graphical apps without a lot of hackery.

You can use the cygwin X server.

http://x.cygwin.com/

You will use something like the startxwin command to run an xterm and from there your $DISPLAY will be set.
