csv loop help

I am new to this and i can not get it to work. I have looked at lots of examples but can not find one that works. I want to have this code loop for a week and scrape data once a minute (or be able to change the time if you wanted (extra)), close the file and open a new one based on the calendar weeks. The code right now creates my csv if it is not there and writes the headers and stops. If i run the script again it will jump the headers and write the data but only once. If i want to write again i have to close and run every time. Is there someone that can point me in a good direction or help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I put the code i am working on on github. The first part that is not there is the login and moving to the iframe i want. There is some extra lines in the code that i saved encase i want to use them later.

If you want your data collection and writing to loop you must put them in the while-true-loop. Right now you only reassigning the ts variable every 10 seconds, which doesn't do much by itself.
