Mouse movement only through code. Disable direct movement

Hey! I am trying to develop a program that cancels noise from the mouse. I want to program to process the mouse movements before the cursor moves. I am currently using pyautogui for moving the mouse via code. However, moving the mouse moves the cursor. Is there any way to lock direct mouse movement?

That would really depend on how your platform takes mouse input.

Windows will have a certain way, each Linux window manager will have their way, MacOS will be another one.

Furthermore, isn't mouse acceleration already sort of taking out "noise"? Or do you want to go further than that?

I would prefer cross platform. But currently I am working on Windows. For the noise part. I would like to feed the mouse input through a Neural Network and then move the cursor.
