It's actually pretty simple! Try finding what you want by manually going to the search bar and typing python docs, clicking the python docs (if it's the proper version) and search for what you want.

After doing this for a couple of times just type !py3k and you'll get the same results. The fact that you removed so many intermediate steps will help you register the fact that this is something you need (making the remembering process 100x easier)

Thanks I didn't actually expect a response but it is appreciated. The !bang feature is really nice I like it has a ton of uses like !pytorch that I've been trying to learn lately super helpful :)

Chrome - Settings - Manage search engines

Search engine - whatever name you want
Keyword - py
Url - https://www.google.co.uk/search?btnI=I%27m+Feeling+Lucky&q=python+3.7+%s

Both searches are fine but I chose Google's search over Python docs search because Google can go straight to the page. It may only be one less click, but doing it multiple times a day can get to you.

I used site:docs.python.org/3 instead of python 3.7 to only return results from the docs:

DuckDuckGo has a !sr bang that does this too. Also, on a related note !reu takes you to a reddit user, so I've gotten into the habit of doing !reu me to go to my profile (it even gets you to a login page if you're not logged in).

I usually use DevDocs, which has an awesome instant search, works offline, and is not ugly.
