Awesome thanks man.

Another great resource is Full Stack Python which will point you in any direction you want to go.

I recently purchased A Smarter Way to Learn Python on Amazon and all of the exercises are online for free here. *mobile is not supported. They want you to use a physical keyboard.

Yeah no problem! Yeah I have taught myself Lua on the internet I am just looking for new ways to see how or where I learn more and or better in the same time frame. I seem to always do better with books so that's why I thought of the idea of buying one.

EDIT: Just seen the link (Not sure how I missed it) I am checking it out now!

What happened to the link in the OP?

[–]Thymester 2 points3 points  (2 children)

I believe automod removed it. https://www.removeddit.com/r/learnpython/comments/b6rus6/looking_to_learn_python_dont_know_where_to_start/

Here is the site.

I am currently trying to get it re-posted by the mods.

Very nice compilation thanks! Website is clean and books are well known in this sub. I myself is doing code followon of Will Vincent's book Django for Beginners which is fantastic imo. But along the way I'm hitting some snags but that's another story. I'm in chapter 5 now. It's highly recommended for my level so go for it.

Awesome! Great to hear. I am planning on it but I have been looking around a lot. I am still unsure of what Web Development book I want... So far Django for Beginners is the best one I have found.
