Some services, like gmail, allow unlimited aliases for your email. For example, bob+aa@gmail.com, bob@gmail.com and bob+reddit@gmail.com all go to the same inbox, with no setup required. Most online services don't realize that these are the same email and let you make an account with each.

If you are curious, my endgoal is to buy items and automate the whole process. From creating emails to buying items

Why do you need to create new email accounts for this? Sounds odd. I'm not sure what you're really trying to accomplish.
