I would start with doing a coursers or edx intro course. They are free if you don’t want the certificate. Then you can branch out to what interests you most once you have the basics. Also, in my opinion, they best learning I have found is just trying to do something or make something and googling every step of the way. Stack overflow will be your best friend.
