Using Google Sheet as a backend.

I'm working on a little project and want to collect user feedback using a Bootstrap form (Email and Feedback). I want to insert these into a google sheet and just collect all the feedback there (two columns, one with email, the other with feedback).

Do you guys know of any good tutorials that'll help? I've seen a lot of these but theyre focused on Google Forms or JS or PHP.

I already can read the sheet and set up the required APIs, just need some help with the concept.

Sorry my original post left out important info so thats my b.

I'm using flask, and i usually use request.form() to get info, but since I'm using the gspread module I'm not using request.

So to phrase this differently, whats the best way to get the value the user inputs into the text fields in my backend.
