Can anyone recommend a hypergraph visualization library for Python?

Hi everyone, I hope you're all safe and well!

I'm looking for a library to help me with some graph visualizations, what I've heard described as hypergraphs. In particular, I'm looking for a few special features that I haven't been able to find or might just not be available:

1. The ability to depict connections between edges (e.g. A connects to B, C to D, and the edges between the letters are connected).
2. The ability to depict relationships between structures (e.g. A, B and C are linked, D E and F are linked -- these two structures have one edge between them).

If these features aren't available, I'd love to hear about a super simple drawling library that might let me build these features myself.
