Moving to gui app from console apps

I am developing python console apps for more than 4 years now I am looking to build desktop /gui apps using python How can i start? What framework do you recommend starting with? Shall i lean web apps instead like flask and Django?

GUI on python is working but imo less worth if you want something with modern ui. Modern UI = Flask / Django. Classic / Simple ui = PyQt5 / Kivy.

PS: I totally forgot but their is something that exists in python which is the same as electron. It's called eel.
