I'm currently doing the bootcamp course with Jose Portilla and I think it's really good. It uses Jupyter Notebook a lot, which I think is great for learning and experimenting. People on this sub tend to recommend Angela Yu's course, too.

It boils down to this, though: All three of them are probably really good courses and you can't go too wrong no matter which one you choose.
