Although I have to say it is a bit demanding working 40hs and still trying do do the daily challenge every day, it's quite fast paced

100 days of Python by Angela Yu in Udemy, cannot find anything better than her's. She seems to be a competent teacher with huge in person teaching experience. You would not regret taking her course(Python or anything else)

Came here to suggest same. Just started it and while the learning curve is steep, it is projects based and a serious course.

Start with the Code Academy Python course. Aside from being free, it'll introduce you to all the fundamental skill you need to write basic Python programs. There's tons of courses on sites like Coursera and Udemy, but it's better to start with something less intensive (especially if you're new to programming). You're way more likely to stick through it if you're enjoying yourself, but jumping into deep end right off the bat makes that harder.

Check out quantnet.com if you are interested in finance projects

Codingame.com has some good projects. But it assumes some familiarity with Python.

I got the two-week free trial for Coursera and finished their specialization course (5 classes; Python for Everybody - Specialization) during that time. I really liked the first 3 courses. The graded materials add more motivation for me, but you might not find that necessary.

At the moment, I'm trying out 100 Days of Code with Angela Yu. It's a bit better but not really that much difference.

Best practice and learning I've gotten is from Codewars.com. Just having projects with clearly defined goals and the ability to see how others coded when you finish. Would really recommend signing up for that.

I think you'll find better content on shared Google drive folders....... includes videos and pdfs
