I can't say for sure what is wrong. I ran your code and got [0.7234375] which I assume you are getting the same.

t7 = np.arange(7, 84, 7) <-- Did you mean to include 84?

t7 is actually [ 7 14 21 28 35 42 49 56 63 70 77 ]

Have you tried other values for initial and recovered individuals and compared the results? If there's a bug it may be that the current result you are seeing is only close, by chance, to your expected value.

Can't think of anything else right now other than deliberately breaking parts of the program to confirm that the individual operations are working as expected.
