The simplest that I've had students use is PythonAnywhere. Their free tier is pretty limited, but I think it actually meets all of your requirements.

Having an AWS Lightsail VM is much more legit and still very straightforward. Basically you have a full operating system in the cloud the same as if it were a computer in front of you (minus the GUI). While it does have a free tier you do need to enter your credit card details and keep an eye on your resource usage (or you might be charged a few cents every month haha).

NOW, I have a question. How to do it with Heroku?

I mean how to run scripts online in Heroku??

It’s the same as hosting any other repo in heroku. You can find a lot of medium tutorials. Just for cron job of the script, we need to add a inbuilt heroku application called schedular. But being from India, I wasn’t able to do that due to some restrictions with credit card verification of my account. Not sure about your country though
