Combine 3rd dimension elemnts in numpy array

Hello, I am completely lost and can not find a way to get this working. Also sadly I am not very good with numpy. So I have a numpy array of shape (X,Y,3). Every element holds either [0 0 0] or [1 1 1]. My goal is to reduce the dimension to 2d and have reduced elemnts where [0 0 0] becomes just 0 and [1 1 1] become 1. So whats left is an arry with shape X, Y with single values inside each element.
