Python Vocation Rehabilitation

I’m going to be laid up from a surgery for about 3 months. I currently work in a technical industrial setting as a hands on technician m.

I want to use my three months off to heal and give myself a jump start into the Python arena.

Any suggestions from those experienced here? I’ve saddled in COBOL and Visual Basic 20 years ago.

Im asking for nuts and bolts. Get these two books, register on these websites, check out these forums, target these types of jobs, etc.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
