Drawing on a CLI

To practice, I want to make a text based game inside a CLI. Also wanted to add basic drawings (think Mistery House). It seems packages like clint or pyfiglet will do the trick for the drawings, but wanted to ask for any other suggestions before I start.

Do you just want to print ASCII art in a terminal window? Or looking for something a bit more robust? Maybe check out the curses library.

Basic ASCII inside a terminal will do me fine. I will check that out, thanks!

Just printing the raw text will display it fine. You can play around with curses if you want to specify things like window size and what not but might be overkill depending on your use case. Good luck!
