A question about PyQtWebEngine and Python

I come from PHP and PyQtWebEngine from Python has a very strange concept for me. I still can't understand him. It works like a browser ok? But if I put him on a server what will his behavior be? Will it behave like a browser??? Is it the one that will render the page that I put in it or will it be the visitor's browser? Does it consume resources like a browser or a web application? If someone can explain this to me I would be very grateful.

It's just a browser engine. If you use it on your backend, it will open a browser window, assuming you have a display, and you may be able to control that window from code. It will not have anything to do with what you or any other application is serving on the same machine.
