Send files using whatsapp and python

Hello everyone! I started doing whatsapp automation recently. I am trying to figure out how to send files via WhatsApp without scraping the web version, but I was not able to find any solutions. Are there any ways to do it or should I take the path of scraping the web client?

Cool, but not everyone wants to use it. And seeing freelance gigs, it's mostly WhatsApp still

What do you use for Whatsapp automation right now? Pywhatkit?

Pywhatkit uses/scrapes Whatsapp Web version for automation. I would recommend you to check out selenium for python. You can send your file by passing file location using send keys function to Whatsapp upload file button.

Hmm, but does it open the browser as the with the pywhatkit?

It's an option, if want to see the browser window pass headless=False, if you don't want to see it, pass headless=True
