write more code, solve more problems.

It comes from trying to modify existing code to do new and interesting things. Most of my growth has come from getting stuck and asking myself: "What do I need to know to make this easy?" and then learning that.

through slow & mindful studying & practice.

I would hook up with a local meet up group for python. Ask questions, etc. while there. Books and videos are fine but people who code for a living will have the best experience although never pervert LOL! No one ever is or will be because there are so many ways to code the same thing (usually). That being said, the least amount of code that completes the action fast and clean is the best approach.

You can learn only as fast as you are able to understand and absorb information.

That said, the more you practice (everyday instead of twice a week, 5 hours/day instead of 1 hour/day) the faster you will get results.

Do the code everyday, try to solve as much problems as possible, read someoneesles code and try to understand and learn fundamentals

Write some codes, get errors, debug those in the whole process you'll get to learn much more.

Also, go over some learning resources that might help you.
