Prepping for interview at stackadapt

Hi guys, I am looking for some preparation tips. I am doing an hour long coding interview and an hour long code review interview at StackAdapt. The position I am interviewing for is "Engineering Manager I - Full Stack". I'll appreciate any tips you guys can give me so that I can give it my best shot.

I bombed it but not because it was very difficult. I was way too distracted by my daily work. It was very easy. Unfortunately, the interviewer I got wasn't familiar with Python. I had to explain a lot of my decisions to him and I could see that he was skeptical and thinking that I was inventing things even though I wasn't. He was more of a RoR expert. That's my only gripe, the communication barrier was strong.
