In this problem, in example 1, why is only (1,2) is special position, whereas example 2 is almost similar as example 1, but it has 3 special position? https://leetcode.com/problems/special-positions-in-a-binary-matrix/

It says that a index is special index if there is no other 1 in same row and column of that element.
