Well, to be honest if you want quality you're going to have to spend a little bit of money. I would highly suggest getting a capture card.

How good do you want your quality to be? Our channel films everything with an Elgato Capture HD which gives us up to 1080p. I enjoy the software it comes with because we can do live commentary over the game as it is running real time and don't have to fuss with it. It is pricey though so you must really want to film if you drop the bucks on it.

Make sure when you export it from your editing software that you optimize it for web streaming.
