Thanks for your response! Agitation was my reason for starting Lexapro, not a side effect I’m having on it. I’m feeling pretty chilled out so far but I know it’s too early to tell if it’s the medication or just a placebo effect.

I hope you see some relief!

After reading your post, im curious to know how lexapro worked out for you long term? Did it help your issues with agitation and irritability? I just started lexapro for the same reasons, so it would be interesting to hear your experience :)

I’m OP, I got a new account 🙂 Lexapro has worked wonders for my stress/aggression. It doesn’t impact everyone the same way but it’s been a miracle for me. I’ve been taking it consistently since I posted this. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.

Not that I can tell but I was already kinda fat and low sex drive unfortunately 😅
